1- What was the definition of Integrated Health Care?
Integrated Health Care is the approach to care, by having different
health professionals cooperating under one patient.
2- List the characteristics/features of Integrated Health Care?
Integrated Health Care includes the sharing of patient information
through different areas of health. A patient can have a team that
includes, a social worker, a nurse, and physician all share
information and thoughts over a specific treatment plan.
3- What is the benefit of introducing Integrated Health?
A major benefit includes the decrease of overlapping information
and or treatment. Another benefit includes a faster treatment, as
you have a sort of team of professionals behind the patient ready to
ease all kinds of problems in different areas of health.
4- Where can Integrated Health be delivered?
(I don’t 100% understand this question so bear with me)
Integrated Health can be used in most cases, including specific medical cases
(neurology), rehabilitation physically and rehab from addiction. It can also be used in
mental health services, providing social workers and psychologists.
5- What is your Impression from this article in relation to the connection of

Responding to the section regarding Psychology and Integrated
Health Care, I see a system that can be very useful. Nowadays
more and more people are suffering from mental health problems
at the same time as other health problems, so having psychology
being a part of the care would be very useful. As your physical
symptoms may worsen as your mental health worsens.
