Reports having a hard time getting up in the morning, doesn’t feel like doing anything, isn’t sleeping well, thinks about all the things she needs to do which affects sleeping, tries to go back to sleep but can’t, and is having a hard time with ADL’s. States “it was hard being sick and not being able to help at home”, doesn’t want to go out with friends, exercise, or go to church. Her husband has noticed a difference in her demeanor.
