very rare, benign tumors made of
cartilage. they usually grow slowly &
develop in the sinuses and the bones of
the skull, also in the small bones of the
hands, feet, upper arms, thighs and ribs
A mass or bump
Headache
Swelling
Vision changes
Pain/discomfort
Enchondromas: found in the
marrow cavity of the bone
Periosteal Chondromas: forms at
the surface of the bone
Soft Tissue Chondromas: in soft

monitoring HR and RR,& changes in
vision

about diagnostic procedures done
to assess the presence of a tumor
