Running Head: Managing Quality Assurance in the Workplace How best can the United States, as a country, manage this growth in the allied health sector? Provide examples. When it comes to United States, some of the best medical technologies & health care services are available in the country. The prime reason behind it is the availability of excellent human resource from all over the world that has made their ways to the U.S in order to serve country with their talent & degrees in health care fields. However there are still ways in which the United States can mark an improvement in terms of their health sector. Especially when it comes to the allied health sector, the country needs to do lot more in order to help the health sector emerge & become more advance & effective. The best of what can be done in this regard is managing the environment at workplace & increasing capacity for the ones who desire to enter the field. Due to the fact that population of the country is growing with rapid rate & that the trend of completing education up to high school is not that common, allied sector is the one in which most individuals can get jobs into (Atherly, 2004). Other than the knowledge of medicine & healthcare, allied sector facilitates a lot of job opportunities for ones who are looking to explore their careers in vocational fields. The best example of it could be laboratory. If the government of United States chooses to increase the number of laboratories, not only it would improve the health care standards of the country but will also help increasing job opportunities such as electrician, engineers & software developers within laboratory which could help the laboratory become more efficient in its work. In the same way, more institutions should be opened up for athlete where the trainers can directly get job in any of the hospitals or physiotherapy centres to help the patients cope up with their health related issues.
