The company serves in over 200 countries and territories with 22 brands of different foods and beverages, which in 2015, generated over $63 billion in net revenue. This statistic has allowed it to be one of the leading companies in the food and beverage industry, with competition consisting of companies like Coca Cola and Dr. Pepper. The organization of the company itself and its management is responsible for its success. With a great reputation, PepsiCo is a customer oriented company that focuses on the customers wants and needs first. To do this, PepsiCo ensures family based employees from all backgrounds to bring new perspectives and ways of thinking to the workplace.
