Work Breakdown Structure
In this section the important duties and roles, needed to apply the solution, will be
discussed. In order to make the operations run efficiently, the IT unit will be giving several jobs
to workers in the title of: mobile developer, web developer, system analyst, project manager
(PM).
Team will be leaded by the project manager, who is assigned to overview and plan duties
of every member of the team; and making case records of business to provide details in future.
To produce accurate method, the current arrangements will be surveyed by the PM and system
analyst. The PM, along with analyst, also have to gather data utilizing fact- finding with different
tools mentioned in the lay-out and system analysis (pg. 146 to 159); that is interviews, updating
the record, survey forms and polls, surveillance, exploration and examination. Also, checking the
notes taken on project and doing manipulations is a part of the PM's job, alongside setting up
tribute and making administrative appearance to maintain organization's supervisory team
updated.
Apart from aforementioned duties, the analyst is more inclined upon technical problems
which happen during the procedure. Creating lay-out of the data flow figure (using MS Visio),
UI (utilizing provided input devices and program) and user process, are also done by system
analyst. System analyst is responsible for managing the solution framework by controlling the
team of solution development. The application of solution is very crucial, as if an accurate
solution is not provided to the context, a smooth prototype could not be authenticated by the
analyst and this will result in running the whole method once more, which will take a lot of time.
In the end, job of mobile and web developer, which will help in the application of the solution to
the next stage of the method, is to create web page and iPhone Operating System with prototypes
