A2 Milk Company is a large competitor within the dairy industry and recently partnered with
Fonterra another very large organization in the industry. A2 Milk Company has invested a vast amount of
time, energy, and capital into genetic research and approach to developing a healthier alternative to
basic grocery store milk. This special recipe removes something called A1 allele or a gene mutation from
the dairy cows. This gene is part of the cause for digestion issues when it is consumed. Along with
connections to heart disease and diabetes supposedly. This analysis will examine A2 Milk Company’s
primary, secondary, required, and ignored needs while assessing the company’s strategic issues,
