1. Personal Development Events and Experiences
After the nomination by the organisation I work in, for the Executive MBA
program offered at Henley, I was just as eager, and as I was nervous. I
thought this was the perfect opportunity for me to do something great in
my career. Though I was shy and an introverted, from India, I knew I
would have an excellent experience taking an executive MBA from
Hensley, the best business school in the world. At first, I got worried
because I had not studied for twenty years. However, after I went deep

was excited again, evaluating textbooks and attending extended
workshops, focussed, and doing my writing assignments.

myself so that I could overcome one of the weaknesses and maybe
friendlier with other people and thus take proactive effort to talk and go
on with discussions for Executive MBA modules.

of having an organisation, personality, and wellbeing, social and
environmental health that is sustainable into the future.
After going through above definition and coming to a deeper
understanding of the core concepts of the Hensley star approach to the
possible outcomes of personal development journey, I thought to myself
that I needed to have self-improvement ideas as to how I communicated
with others and how I articulated issues
