MANAGEMENT C31 SRV799 - Request for Tender WTH CERTIFIED GRADE A GENERAL INFORMATION DPV is seeking prices for a purpose-built facility in accordance with the tender documents, and the terms, ... conditions, and requirements outlined in this Request for Tender (RFT). The RFT provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Proposals including fee proposals and general conditions prices. The Proposals will be ranked in the order that they provide the “best value” based on the evaluation criteria. Respondents shall consider only those clarifications and interpretations that are issued in writing, through the RFI Discussion Board, prior to the submittal deadline.
