Makes decisions from which the corporate regime's organizational structure is built. Ø Solicitor-Providing legal counsel to customers, putting their problems into legal words, doing case investigations, creating legal papers, generally developing; this method, and communicating with other legal experts are all possible tasks. Ø Auditors-obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement due to fraud or error, and issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion. Ø Resistor- maintains workers' records and course data, including helping workers schedule or register for work. They also ensure that their working conditions are adequate to reach an institution's goals. 4 Ø Business Corporate head office- Planning process, corporate branding, taxation, legal, books of record, advertising, administration, human capital, and telecommunications are just a few of the crucial activities that are handled by company offices, which is the organizational structure of the business.
