PsyCap is a useful tool in promot ... ing employee well-being in an organization. The higher the psychological capital, the higher the level of performance and lower levels of stress. Hope is the capacity to possess a sense of goal-orientation and efficient planning. Self-efficacy is a personal concept involving the convictions one holds about their capabilities to be productive (Abbas et al., 2012). Resilience is the ability to bounce back from a negative situation and cause positive effects by gaining inner strength in dealing with tough circumstances. Optimism is the capability of making a definite attribution about every incident or activity.
