three digits of the licence plate, ask and put in a name for the order, put in a description for the
vehicle, and make sure they are pulled up so that there's no space between them and the car in

opening to 10:30 and we serve lunch/dinner from 10:15 to closing.

3. Fill the rest of the container up with water to the 11 quart line and mix while you put the water
in.
4. Put the lid on the container and print out two labels and put one on the top and one on the side.
5. Move it to the cooler.

How do you prepare coffee base? - ✔✔1. Shake bottle of coffee concentrate thoroughly.
2. Add 6 qts of water.
3. Add coffee concentrate.
4. Stir vigorously with wire whip. Refrigerate coffee base for at least 8 hours before use or until
it reaches 40°F or lower.
5. Pour prepared coffee base into clean pitchers and store in refrigerator.
How do you brew coffee into server? - ✔✔1. Place appropriate coffee server (regular or decaf)
beneath brewer with timer insert in place and cover plug off.
2. Pour appropriate bag of Coffee into single coffee filter on a clean, dry sanitized work surface,
plastic container or red food tray.
3. Place filter with Coffee into clean, empty brew cone without filter extending above edge of
brew basket.
4. Twist dispensing handle to one side as a visual reminder that Coffee should not be dispensed
during brew cycle.
5. Once Ready is indicated on display panel, press button for correct batch size.
6. At completion of each brew cycle, discard filter and coffee grounds by sliding out brew cone
and taking to trash can, holding measuring cup underneath to catch drips.
7. Prepare to serve Coffee.
How do you prepare a frosted beverage? - ✔✔1. Dispense beverage flavoring into clear cup to
red fill line.
2. Fill cup with Icedream (middle dispenser).
3. Place a clear, domed milkshake lid securely on cup.
4. Hold cup and lid securely and insert spindle halfway into cup. Spin product until evenly
blended.
5. Remove cup from spindle and wipe any drips from outside of cup and lid with a clean paper
towel. Prepare to serve.
How do you prepare a milkshake? - ✔✔1. Dispense milkshake base into foam cup.
2. Add topping to cup as needed (Small = 2 portions
Large = 3 portions).
3. Fill cup with Icedream (outside dispenser).
4. Place a clear, domed lid securely on cup.
5. Spin Milkshake.
6. Remove cup from spinner, then fill domed lid with whipped cream.
7. Use tongs to place stemmed cherry on top of whipped cream.
8. Wipe any drips from cup with a clean paper towel. Then serve Milkshake immediately.
How do you prepare Arnold Palmer? - ✔✔1. Select the appropriate cup for size ordered.
2. Fill cup to the top with ice. (It is important to start with a full cup of ice to properly chill Iced
Tea.)
3. Dispense Iced Tea and Lemonade into cup (Dispense Iced Tea to fill cup half way then add
Lemonade to fill line).
4. Place lid securely on cup and press both TEA and LEM dimples. When serving unsweet
Tea/Diet Lemonade also press DIET dimple.
5. Wipe off spills on cup and/or lid with a clean paper towel.
How do you prepare cold beverages? - ✔✔1. Verify that drink towers, lemonade dispensers, tea
urns and ice bins are correctly assembled, clean and contain enough product.
2. Select appropriate cup, holding by its sides and never touching rim of cup with hands.
3. Scoop ice: ½ cup of ice for soft drinks and Lemonade; full cup for Iced Tea.
4. Dispense beverage to ¼" below rim.
5. Place lid securely on cup and press appropriate dimple(s).
6. Wipe spills on cup and/or lid with a clean paper towel. Serve immediately.
