A 72-year-old male presented with itchy, erythematous papules on his trunk, most concentrated in the middle of his chest and back. The eruption had been present for 6 months and treated unsuccessful... ly with topical clotrimazole and over the counter emollients. He reported using a hot tub on a daily basis and stated that the lesions often look like a blister and they pop very easily. On physical examination, there were multiple erythematous and pink papules, some with hemorrhagic crust mostly concentrated on the chest and back. Several were excoriated.
