Intro ... duction This course has developed my skills as a tutor and has helped me to understand a better way of dealing with the challenges in the classroom with my students. It has improved my class room management skills. it helped me to also developed my teaching philosophy and looking at a better way of solving students’ challenges. It has strengthened my mission of empowering people, poverty alleviation. The social and political impact on education made me to realize how our society is being affected. My passion Teaching has always been my dream and passion. During my study in this course, I have learnt a lot from the materials provided, from the feedback from my professor, through class discussion and classmate sharing their experiences as a tutor in their various countries.
