In 2-3 sentences, what was the overall purpose of the lab for this week?
The purpose of the lab this week was to learn about acids, bases and pH values. We learned that if pure water is neutral at a pH of 7.00 than any solution greater is a base any solution less is an acid. Also we learned if we dilute an acid with water the pH increases and in a base the pH decreases as they go towards neutral.
