The report will be sent to the Invoicing Department, where the report is updated and used by the Invoicing database on the 15th of each calendar month and is provided by the Marketing Department. Accounts Receivable Report- Generated reports that provide customer payments (lump sum) which is due by the 10th of each calendar month and is processed through the Accounts Receivable Department. Once the payment is received, the Accounts Receivable department is reasonable for updating those customer account records. Customer Organization Name Amount due (Calculated Field) Amount Paid Date Paid Calculated Price (Calculated Field) Products Ordered Quantity Ordered Product Order Date Product Price per Unit C. Overdue Accounts Report- Generated report that is generated by The Invoicing Department, which identifies overdue accounts, and these reports are sent up to The Account Receivable and Sales Department.
