May your dreams come true at the new Chocolate Indulgence Cookie Shop in North Denver, Colorado. People are already working and living at home and could use a little bit of indulgence without working twice as hard in the gym to work it off. Chocolate Indulgence provides the best cookies in town without feeling guilty eating all the sugars and fats from regular cookies. The creation of the recipes were easy as all we did was substitute regular cookie recipes with newer ingredients. This is my first business as an entrepreneur and I anticipate problems and struggles with standing up a new business, however my team and I have the determination to get through it. I must first understand how a business plan works and the costs for materials, labor and overhead costs. This article is a narrative of my journey in creating the Chocolate Indulgence Cookie Shop. This article will describe my journey in creating a cookie business. Part 1 Establish Cookie Business Chocolate Indulgence, Inc. is located in Denver, Colorado and creates sugar free and fat free cookies. We are a primarily online business and able to make catering and batch orders for local businesses. Our demographic is the health focuses individuals and those who wanting a better lifestyle for themselves. This small company has two workers and only sells one type of cookie. Our mission statement as the Chocolate Indulgency cookie shop is to provide a warm and welcoming environment providing quality products and service. We will treat each customer as family and ensure their order meets and exceeds their expectations every single time. I grew up in Southern Louisiana and believe that Southern Hospitality goes a long way. We must provide that welcoming environment to keep our customers coming back over and over. The type of cookie we will produce and sell is the Classic Chocolate. The next part of this article will discuss the costing and sales information for our business.
