1. What is the main way that Ayurvedas cure/treat patients? What is the main thing that they are trying to achieve in the body (other than just making someone well – ie what is the philosophy of ... how they treat/cure people?) Ayurveda is futuristic medicine. The main way that Ayurvedas cure/treat patients is by integrating the body, mind, and spirit by using a comprehensive holistic approach especially by emphasizing diet, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation, yoga, breathing, and physical therapy. The main thing that they’re trying to achieve in the body is inner balance. It is believed that all imbalance and disease in the body begin with stress or imbalance. 2. In the video (at the beginning) they talk about Ayurvedic Medicine being a medicine of the future. They come back to this later in the video. Explain what they mean by this statement. Their statement about ayurvedic medicine being a medicine of the future means that the knowledge of Ayurveda has been remaining in the universe for all the time to come.
