Bill it is a formal statement of a planned new law that is discussed by a government or legislature before being voted on. Example: A bill that is passed by both houses of Congress will become a law when signed by the President. b. Law it is a rule, typically made by a government that is used to order the way in which a society behaves. Additionally, laws are the system of rules of a particular country, group, or area of activity. c. EO An executive order is a type of written instruction that presidents use to work their will through the executive branch of government. Also, congress and Federal courts can strike down executive orders that exceed the scope of the president’s authority. d. RA 1425 it is the law that mandates to include the teaching of the Books, Writings, Ideology, and Life of Dr. Jose Rizal to all public and private institutions including state colleges and universities as a way of teaching Nationalism and Patriotism with the students on the higher education.
