Yes, I think employers must choose some agreeable employees and top performers both
because an organization needs both types of employees. As per the case study agreeable
employees are those who will mix up very well in organization, believe in team work, like to
work respectfully so that the atmosphere of the company remain motivational and healthy.
Agreeable employees are more assertive in their work whereas a company needs top
performers also who can grow or develop the company. Though they may take a good salary
but they are also good risk takers and can take a company very far and on top in the industry
if they success in their risk. They demand good pay but they also reward it to the company by
performing very well.

Yes it is true that effects of personality depend on the situation. Suppose in some of the
