3 1904, in texas.Ricardo had 11 siblings: Margarita Morales (born Garcia) and 10 other
siblings.Ricardo married first name Garcia (born Vidaurri).They had 5 children: Victor
Garcia and 4 other children.Ricardo passed away on month day 2000, at age 62.

Flow of the Debate
Member of the Chair: Good morning to all of us. We are gathered in this hall to witness the debate between the two
groups, the positive side and the negative side, on the subject retraction of Rizal. On the back, are the adjudicators
who will decide the winner between the two sides that have already been able substantial evidence on the
subject. This kind of debate followed the Asia parliamentary debate, where each member of each side, both positive
and negative, has three members, prime minister, and deputy whip. Each will be given only five to seven minutes to
share their arguments and evidence on the subject. After the argument, the parties are given the opportunity to
provide their reply speech about other clarification and validation of their arguments. The stage is open for the first
speaker.
Prime Minister of the Government side: Good morning honorable chair and members of this house I am the prime
minister of the government side and according to us, we agree to the retraction of Rizal. Before we start, let me first
define retraction. The retraction is defined as the recovery, rejection or denial to what have been said first, or any
actions that expresses the changing of attitude of the person who constructed. I also want to introduce the person
primarily involved in our debate, Jose Rizal. Who is Rizal? Jose Rizal is the national hero of the Philippines. He was
born in Calamba, Laguna on June 19, 1861. His parents were Mr. Francisco Mercado and Teodora Alonzo. His
mother served as his first teacher. At an early age, he began studying at home and continued his study at Binan
Laguna.He graduated at Bachelor of Science de Manila with high honors.Year 1877, he continued his studies at the
University of Santo Tomas and University Central de Madrid until he finished both medicine and philosophy.He
learned to read and write different languages including Latin and Greek. His two novels Noli Me tangere and El
Filibusterismo shows the brutality of the pryles to the Filipinos and corruption in the Spanish government. He was the
founder of the so called “La Liga Filipina”.The organization’s goal is to unite Filipinos and promote the development of
commerce, industry and agriculture.On July 6, 1892, Jose Rizal was imprisoned in Fort Santiago and deported to
Dapitan where he practiced treating. He was condemned to death, accused that he started a rebellion against the
kastila. Before his execution, he wrote Mi Ultimo Adios ( the last Farewell) . On December 30.1896, Jose Rizal was
shot in Bagumbayan, now Rizal Park. We, the government side believes that this document “Retraction of Rizal” is
not a product of falsification. Beside the witnesses who saw the actual event, it is also a great evidence that the
testimony of an expert in the hand-written document of Rizal named Professor Beyer, Dr.Del Rosario and Teodoro
Kalaw.
Prime Minister of the Opposition side: Good day madam chair! We, the opposition side, do not believe in the
retraction of Rizal. We believe that the said documents were forged. Meaning to say the documents proving the
retraction of Rizal were forged. Based on our research, a few years after the death of Rizal, the anti-retraction has
taken formal gathering information to see the original documents to prove that Rizal's retraction, but this was
lost. How come that this government side claims that the documents were clearly written based on the handwriting of
