Stage 4: System Recommendation and Final BA&SR Report Before you begin work on this assignment, be sure you have read the Case Study, and reviewed the feedback received on your Stage 1, 2 and 3 ass... ignments. There are 15 points in the Stage 4 assignment that are dedicated to the corrections you made on Stages 1-3. Overview As the business analyst in the CIO's department of Chesapeake IT Consulting (CIC), your next task in working towards an IT solution to improve the hiring process at CIC. You will write a justification and implementation plan for a system that the CIO has decided will meet CIC's need based on all the research completed to date. . Additionally, you will provide a complete final BA&SR Report incorporating feedback from all earlier stages. Assignment – BA&SR Section IV – System Recommendation and Summary & Conclusion 1. Include Stage 1, II III, and Stage IV in this submission. The first step is to incorporate the feedback you received all of the earlier stages of the course project, making any needed corrections or adjustments Note: Part of the grading criteria for Stage 4 submission includes addressing previous feedback to improve the final report. There are 15 points dedicated to this step in Stage IV. 2. In this submission, you will add Section IVI of the Business Analysis and System Recommendation (BA&SR) Report. In this section of your report, you will: • Explain how the selected system helps CIC achieve its business strategy, • Explain how the new system will meet the requirements to improve CIC’s hiring process meeting requirements listed earlier in the report. • Explain how each area of CIC’s hiring process might be addressed to help ensure a successful implementation of the technology solution. Note: As you review the case study, use the assignment instructions to take notes to assist in your analysis. Also, review information provided in earlier stages of this report to identify where the proposed solution can address the needs and requirements. Assignment Deliverables: Stage 4: System Requirements Begin by making changes to all previous stages of your course assignment based on feedback you receive. Then, add Section IV for a complete report. All resources should be at the end of Stage 4, presented in alphabetical order and formatted correctly using citations in the text. Review: In Stage : You analyzed the strategy and objectives for CIC and how a technology solution to improve the hiring process would contribute. Stage 2: You analyzed how to improve the hiring process with a technology solution. Stage 3: You identified specific requirements for the solution.. Provided with the Stage 4 Assignment Instructions is a description of an IT solution that HR management has selected, with the CIO’s endorsement, to meet the needs of improving CIC’s hiring process. Review this brochure to complete Stage 4. IV. System Recommendation A. System Justification and How the Proposed Solution Meets the Requirements • Review and give a brief description of the EZ-ATS Solution. • Describe how the proposed solution: 1. aligns with achieving the business/organizational strategy 2. improves the hiring process 3. meets the requirements you listed earlier in the case study. . NOTE: Write one to two clear, concise, well-organized paragraphs to summarize this assessment. Don’t just repeat information from previous stages, but synthesize this information and provide strong information and justification using course vocabulary to explain why this proposed solution is a good fit for CIC. B. Implementation Areas To successfully implement this technology solution, several key areas must be addressed by CIC. Below is a list of key implementation areas. Use the numbering and headings below and address each area by providing a separate paragraph for each area. Use course vocabulary and examples from the case study and the brochure to explain how each area will be addressed.
