Pastoral Nominee Pastoral and Deaconry Nominee Training Program (PDNTP) May 2016I ABSTRACT Jesus Christ has given every believer or Christian a great commission according to the book of Mark 16:15,“Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world Amen.” Dynamics soul winning and retention is a project on soul winning and retention that inspires the believer to be an effective soul winner and also retains the soul won to Christ. Through this project so many leaders and members will be inspired to win souls and establish this soul in the body of Christ. It’s my heartfelt desire that through this project, many more of God’s people will be re-awakened to win more souls and retain them to the church. This project evaluates a program that was developed for dynamic soul winning and retention processes as a necessary step to improving cum re-engineering the membership retention process flow in an ultra-modern church.
