He reports that he has had moles and freckles all his life, however, his wife is concerned that t... he mole on his back looks different than the others and is growing. PMHx: Reports overall great health Childhood/previous illnesses: chicken pox Chronic illnesses: None Surgeries: None Hospitalizations: None Current medications: None Immunizations: Does not receive the flu shot, last Tdap 2000. Allergies: sulfa drugs (hives) Blood transfusions: None Social Hx: Married for 25 years, works as a roofer, does not exercise. Drinks one to two beers most nights of the week. He has a 24-pack year history of smoking and currently smokes half a pack a day. Denies illicit drugs. Sleeps 6 hours per night.
