This proposal addresses the possibility of expanding on areas that are proven to be profitable for Seamus Company. This proposal also seeks to expand the portfolio by expanding the technical abilities of the company. Recommendation of the Solution: We recommend expanding the current book offerings of the Seamus Company to include digital e-books that can be sold as digital downloads. By selling the books in digital format, Seamus Company can broaden their portfolio and reach a larger audience that may not necessarily be able to easily access a book store to purchase physical copies of the books. Benefits of the Proposed Solution: By adding digital books to the portfolio, Seamus Company will be able to make their products available to every household in the country. Rather than having to drive to a store to make a purchase or waiting for a delivery to arrive, customers will be able to instantly access the product from the comfort of their home.
