My name is Kara Downing and I’d like t... o welcome you to my Stakeholder Presentation for NURS-FPX4010. Slide Two: Outline In this presentation, I will discuss a current organizational issue at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH), the relevance of an interdisciplinary team approach when combating said issue, a summary of my proposed solution, the implementation and resource management needed for the proposed solution, and a means of evaluating the effectiveness of the plan once implemented. Slide Three: Organizational Issue After interviewing a local case manager, it was evident of a prominent issue faced by the medical-surgical floor: ineffective communication. This issue was leading to poor collaborationSTAKEHOLDER PRESENTATION 2 and distrustful relationships among the disciplines, which resulted in low quality patient care.
