Given the E-R model, it simplifies the main objectives of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). It has a number of aims that enables the continuity of the operations of the Muscat Mobiles Compa ... ny. The aim of this Human Resource Management System includes both personal and organizational goals (Noe et al., 2015). For the personal goals, they consist of keeping track of the employees and employment process history, upholding employees and job history information, and payment history of the employees. On the other hand, organizational goals include implementing essential activities of the organization, advance and preserve sufficient capabilities employees (Teece, 2016). Therefore, the aims of this Muscat Mobiles Company HR system are as follows:  Creating coordination between the organizational departments to ensure easy supervision.  Keeping track of the employee’s history and information for monitoring and retention of the employees in the organization.  Keeping records of the different locations and countries in which Muscat Mobiles Company has branches for their products.  Keeping track of the payroll and payment information of the Muscat Mobiles Company’s employees to reduce fraudulent actions from both managers and employees.  Upholding the employees’ records and information for easy appraisal programs and later retain the hardworking employees.  Keeping track of the kind of jobs done by different employees for easy payment and follow ups to ensure fairness and accuracy.  Improving the overall performance of the Muscat Mobiles Company’s by fastening the way of operations.  Keeping job history, payment history, and kinds of job for easy accountancy at the end of each financial year. Having looked at the aims of Muscat Mobiles Company’s HR system, it is ideal to focus on the types of the entities and attributes, relations, primary, and secondary keys used to form the relationships of the system (Conrad et al., 2017). It has seven entities which include:  DEPARTMENTS It has four attributes namely departmental ID, departmental name, managerial ID, and ID of the location. Departmental ID is the unique key while location ID is the external key that connects DEPARTMENT entity to LOCATION entity to form a 1-M relationship.  LOCATIONS It has five attributes which include ID of the location, address of the street, codes postal, city, province of the state, and ID of the country.
