ASSAULT performance task As the District Attorney to Happy town, I was brought a case recently involving 4 people from Happy Town. I must determine if any, what charges I must present to the Judge o ... n Monday. I will be making my decision based on the Georgia Jurisprudence. Here is what I know so far, on August 16, 2016 Officers were called to the residence of 111 Felony Drive, because of an altercation between Samuel Clark, Summer Breeze, Bubba Hurt and Skeeter Redrum. Officers took everyone in in 2 separate vehicles and gave those who needed medical attention also. Bubba hurt died because of this altercation and Samuel Clark now has a permanent brain condition.
