Year 6 Strategy, Decisions and Results Our strategy for year 6 was to focus on market share and growth specifically in AsiaPacific and Latin America based on forecasted growth in those regions compar ... ed to North America and Europe-Asia. We focused our efforts on increasing P/Q ratings for our UAV Drones while maintaining our competitiveness in Action-Capture (AC) Cameras and conservative pricing across all regions. In addition, we offered generous sales promotions and discounts retailers in all regions. During year 6 our market share for UAV Drones grew significantly in Latin America and Asia-Pacific, however, we sacrificed profits in those regions. In addition, we were below industry average in several product design categories for both Action Capture Cameras and UAV Drones. Year 7 Strategy For year 7 we will shift our focus from increasing market share to increasing profit margins and improving our P/Q rating in all regions. It is our goal that conservative pricing and a “slow and steady” approach to product changes will result in favorable long-term results and increases in our EPS, ROE and net revenues. Year 8 Strategy For year 8 we will shift our focus from increasing profit margins and improving our P/Q rating to increasing our P/Q ratings and competitiveness in the market. Our approach was more aggressive this go around.
