College to me can be worth the cost depending on the degree someone is trying to achieve. Unfortunately, there are degrees that dont pay very well, even if it is a career that the student has interest in. Students have to make sacrifices in order to pay for school whether it is racking up their credit cards or working multiple jobs. People purse a college degree for better pay than minimum wage. (If not current â€“ explain why information is still applicable) Source 4 2a.This source I would say is a little dated since it has been over a year, but the information is still applicable because students are still able to apply for FASFA, grants, scholarships and apply for private loans if they choose to. Students try to work while being in school so costs arent so high. There are fortunate ones that get full rides to colleges if they play sports or have parents that have saved enough for the student so that they would not have to worry about college debt. b.
