C820_Task_3.docx Task 3 Western Governors University Professional Leadership and Communication for Healthcare C820 My understanding of my energy graph is that I am a very strong-willed person wh... en it comes to the execution of getting a task completed. A personal challengethat I have because of being so extreme in the execute category is that I tend to skip over important steps when trying to complete a task that has specific instructions. Another challenge when it comes to my energy chart is in the explore section. I absolutely hate working on plans and how to get a plan for something to be completed. This is a big struggle in my everyday life because when it comes to completing household chores, I have a very difficult time in planning what task needs to be completed first. I tend to want to complete the easiest task first then I get distracted and fail to complete the others because I do not have a solid plan. A strength that comes from my energy graph is that if I am in a group of people that like to explore and plan things, I can be the one to take control in the execute aspect and get the task finished. Another strength that comes from this graph is that I can be a strong leader. Leader being one who leads or shows others how to complete a task. I can lead by example.
