Classroom observation report EDUC 2210.docx Classroom Observation Report I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my ten hours of observation with the particular class I observed. This school system als... o happens to be where I attended for all my schooling. I arrived at Lewis County Elementary School on the morning of which I chose to do my observations. This school is located at 310 S Park Street in Hohenwald, TN. Before heading to Mrs. Fites classroom, I had to be checked in at the office. The kind woman in the office greeted me and then entered me into the system, and then handed me a visitor pass while pointing me in the direction I needed to head. As I walked down the hall to the classroom, I noticed how decorated the halls were with the students artwork, and the sweet smells in the halls, from what I would guess to be wax warmers. It was almost surreal walking those halls after so long. Once I was finally in the classroom Mrs. Fite and the students who had already arrived greeted me. Upon entering the classroom, I quickly noticed all the cute decorations and inspirational quotes along the inside of her classroom walls. There was charts with each students progress on it with stickers in the boxes for each childs achievement they had. Although there was a lot of room dÃ©cor, it was not overdone. Her theme seemed to be kind of childish and colorful to me, which she had told me it works for her kids and her classroom better to not be overdone with too much information.
