This company is interesting to me because they are a non-profit company that saves lives. I have lived to see two of my favorite family members pass away due to these complications. Vision, Mission, and Values The companys vision is to maximize all of its donation opportunities. To achieve this, the company performs in different kinds of programs all over so that they can achieve this goal. For example, they participate in the Rocky Mountain program, which is dedicated to helping organizations evolve for excellence. Their commitment to improving the organization is impeccable. Their values are integrity, leadership, excellence, accountability, and people first. Integrity is a virtue of ones character and makes one more likely to receive advantages (Sagoff, 1995). They are currently headquartered in Colorado and a majority of Wyoming. The company states on their website that they have the greatest standards along with the best medical team. Their main mission is to save lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation. Their workers understand the companys values and try their best to discuss new ideas and improvements for the company by having meetings. Every day they are trying their best to save lives.
