Bevan describes five basic conflicts styles accommodation, avoidance, collaboration, competition, and compromise. Accommodation conflict is when a person tends to give into another’s demands. Avoidance is when on ignores the problem until it goes away. Collaboration is when you work with the other parties in order to both come out winning.
