I have worked my way up as the lead teacher, curriculum coordinator, and program lead. In my years working for the company, I have watched many teachers come into this field; there seem to be two outcomes- either the teacher excels and connects with their job and the students, or the teacher leaves the employment. There are many factors as to why teachers do not stay.
