This unit is designed for 5th and 6th grade curriculum and can also be used via remote learning. It was originally purchased for my students during Covid-19 quarantine to assist with perfect verb tenses as the district curriculum was minimal in this category and my students were struggling to understand. The instructional unit comes with a PowerPoint that is interactive when assigned to each student, worksheets (I modify these in Adobe to ensure that they are fill-in the blank), activities, games, and task cards. All of the items can be used in the classroom or with the distance learning option. No other material is required for this unit. The unit is appropriate as a stand-alone lesson or in addition to the curriculum provided by the district to further enhance student learning in my classroom. The unit itself does not include a summative assessment, however, by modifying the task cards to each student, I will be able to create the summative assessment.
