task_3_1.docx C820 Leadership and Communication ... Task 3 KNA1 C820 During my Leadership and Communication course we received an Energy Graph report after answering a few questions. This graph also included the intensity level of our energy: Extreme, Effortless, Deliberate, Stress. The answers were put into four groups of energy: Explore, Excite, Examine, and Execute. My learning report was somewhat questionable to me. I scored the highest in Examine with Extreme. This alone was not surprising. I am very organized, make lists, and usually need a lot of details to complete a task. I research everything I can find. My lowest level, coming in at Deliberate, also did not surprise me as it fell in the Explore area. I am definitely lacking in this area. I am not at all creative. My stick figures look worse than sticks. My brain does not do well on crafts. I cannot see the forest as I concentrate on the trees. I am not very focused on "how" properties because I feel comfortable with how with my fact finding skills. I did come in at the same level for Excite and Execute, which was Deliberate +. Herein lies my difficulty with the scores. While the Excite score was not surprising, the Execute score was.
