Complete a needs-assessment summary to determine the health needs and risks of the virtual community in Sentinel City The four different neighborhoods of Sentinel City are Nightingale Square, Acer Tech Center, Casper Park District, and Industrial Heights. The total population of these neighborhoods is approximately 663,862 persons with a median household income of 135,104 (Sentinel City, 2020). Throughout my experience, I had four different tools to utilize for my observations and assessments. These four tools were my Demographics Assessment, Neighborhood/Community Safety Inventory, Windshield Survey, and Population Health Scavenger hunt.
