In-order to deploy an effective system you need an efficient installation strategy. In will be comparing three installation strategies which are phased installation, direct installation, and parallel installation. I will also outline the documentation of the system, training, support users, testing plan for the system. In conclusion, I will summarize the maintenance needed by the PVF website, including alternative organizational structures, quality measurement, processes for handling change requests, and configuration management. Recommendations and comparisons I will advise the Parallel installation which is the most common installation. My comparison later will explain the reason for my choice of installation. Phased installation  Phased installation also called staged installation is an incremental approach. With phased installation, the brand-new system is delivered online in practical elements; various elements of the old and new systems are used in combination until the entire new system is installed.
