At first, I didn™t fully grasp the difference between the databases the video put that into perspective for me. Knowing the and understanding the relational table structure really helped a lot. The keys in the table assign the value to each row and the key links the table by sharing the value between the fields. The originating field is called a primary key and the key destination field is called a foreign key. By learning the keys, it helped me to better understand the structure of the table and the design. You must create a relationship between the tables to link them. The great thing about the relational structure is, you only have need to enter the data once. By entering the data once into the system, it helps to reduce errors that may occur. The videos and searching the internet on information about access has helped me out a lot.
