The agencies in criminal justice must consider the organizational, social, cultural and political behaviors of the key stakeholders to manage organizational change. There is a connection between organizational systems and behavior. Techniques can be used to manage organizational stakeholder perceptions. The criminal justice agencies' culture has observable aspects. The Influence of Organizational, Social and Political Behavior on Criminal Justice Agencies Change The external factors of the criminal justice system, namely organizational, social and political behaviors influence change management. To begin with, social behavior influences the management of change in courts, police, and prisons. There are several social behaviors in the United States that trigger change in criminal justice agencies (Allen & Sawhney, 2016). For example, the police and courts changed their regulations regarding the treatment of offenders from minority groups following social turbulence generated by police mistreatment of African Americans (Giblin, 2014).
