What components should a disaster recovery plan include? ANSWER #1 I had to figure out a similar incident with my grandmother. She got an email saying that her computer was at risk and she clicked it. After this happened they now had access to her laptop and we're making icons and warnings pop up saying to call this number for further assistance. They asked for her credit card to pay a 300$ cleaning fee online for her PC. She went ahead and paid this without checking with anyone to ask for help, once I found out how they got in and figured out the number they called from, luckily my mother is a manager of her bank and I gave her the information and she was able to get her money back. This has happened many many times that I have heard about and my advice for anyone is before you click anything you are unsure of, don't click it without doing some research and/or contacting someone who knows for sure because as my grandmother found out no one from the company of your emails or computer will help you in this situation. no new messages ANSWER #2 Disaster recovery plan focuses on how the business keeps some of its key elements running or operating Incase there is a disaster within that company.
