CMPGT_300_Wk1_Project_Overview.doc Everett Energy Startup CPMGT/300 Everett Energy Startup The project to which I have been assigned is the startup of a full-blown operation that was agreed upon between the company that I am employed by, Cagney Containment, and Everett Energy. Everett had previously owned its own tanks, but experienced issues with the upkeep and maintenance. According to the contract Cagney would buy all of Everett™s assets and then rent them back to Everett. The agreement stated that Cagney would be responsible for all of the maintenance and regulatory issues associated with the 550-gal and 120-gal stainless steel tote tanks. I am not the project manager. I do not have direct knowledge of the contents of the contract nor can I make decisions beyond the scope of my responsibilities. I am the lead technician employed by Cagney to work at the Everett facility. I have been tasked with working in conjunction with personnel at Everett to implement Cagney™s maintenance system at their facility. I have been given four weeks to complete the project, which I will do in three stages: yard set up which entails evaluating all of the assets, separating them into what is usable and what needs to be sent to the main facility for further evaluation; office set up, setting up the computer system, designing spreadsheets for the tracking of inventory and asset movements and setting up a filing system; stage three is setting up a conex box which will be used as a tool shed and the area to conduct tank evaluat. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . .. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . .
