In this time of unprecedented crisis that is affecting the health and economy of the world, it is important that current customers be well taken care of, along with continued economic growth via new accounts. Personal bank accounts, credit cards, loans, of investments that are still going to need to be addressed and maintained to help members continue to perform daily transactions as well as help grow the recessive world market. This is why it is imperative to ensure that the customer call center is fully functional and operating at full capacity. To be in compliance with the œStay at Home order and social distancing guidelines, Logix will has implemented a project to allow all call center employees to work remotely from home. This project was planned and implemented in a two-week time period. It required the capital purchase of 80 laptop computers. Configuring the laptops to be able to work remotely and training the call center employees on remote work procedures. This project took the collaboration and timely work of several departments and was be managed by a single project manager from the IT department.
