Students are tasked with contacting and interviewing a curriculum developer or instructional designer in adult education and training to discuss a desired change he or she would like to see come to fruition within their organization. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 crisis, interviewing someone working in adult education and training was difficult to find. However, I was able to interview a family member working in the K-12 educational setting. Dr. Felicia Boyd is an administrator working in the capacity of Assistant Principal in charge of curriculum and instructional design for a middle school in the state of Missouri. I asked Dr. Boyd, three questions, what desired change she would like to happen within her organization, do you consider the school curriculum as inclusive, and how to assess the desired change to be implemented? Professional Overview Dr. Felicia Boyd is an esteemed professional educator who graduated from Harris Stowe State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, two Master™s degrees one in Curriculum and Instruction and the other in Educational Administration, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership.
