Do_laws_do_enough_week_3.doc Does the Law Do Enough LSM/417 Does the Law Do Enough `In order to answer the question posed, œdoes the law do enough?, there are several areas that must be investigated. For example, the relationship between laws that govern and protect and census which counts or takes an account of a certain population to determine or analyze where funds or services are needed in not only facilities but in the community as well. Analyzing the relationships between other aspects of whether the law does enough include risk management, differences of how things are handled at each level of government, local, state and federal. Another facet of this question would how the laws protect and effect the services that are provided at the facilities, or in other words the legal roles and responsibilities of those who serve this population in conjunction with the responsibilities that are a part of the day to day duties of the staff. Analysis There are laws in place that govern how facilities are to be run and how the residents of these facilities are to be treated or cared for. For example, no resident is to be denied access to their medical records or information bout their condition and this information is not to be shared with any other individual, no matter their role or title without the express permission of the resident.
