Individual Reflection- w4a1.docx WMBA 6020 Individual Reflection: Stakeholder Support for Innovative Ideas Master of Science in Business Administration, Walden University WMBA 6020: Fostering a Culture of Innovation Element 1 – Description of Plan Starting in March of 2020, I have been researching the implementation of Telehealth in behavioral health programs and, more specifically, in residential substance abuse programs. With that being said, with the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to impact vulnerable populations and the increase in homeless populations, my focus is to bring telehealth services into the residential substance abuse programs in the division I oversee within the coming months. The telehealth services I intend to have implemented include the entire admission process, individual counseling sessions, case management sessions, individual assessments, and some group counseling sessions. The plan to implement telehealth services is more than feasible with the newly awarded grant we just received to cover the costs of an additional thirty Microsoft surface pros inclusive of work stations, additional licenses for Welligent our Electronic Health Record (EHR), costs to cover video conferencing software, phone, internet, and IT technical support.
