The next section shall focus on the options that I have in the job market based on my education level. Available Options in the job market Currently, the associate degree in nursing (ADN) that I possess may not offer top leadership or management roles. Instead, it has provided me with many opportunities and a registered nurse (RN) option at work. I have precepted new nurses, I have traveled across the country to work in different hospitals and I have served as a resource nurse for many co-workers.
