I am afraid it might be cancer since I was not using sunscreen.â€ Chief Complaint (CC): Annoying bumps on the Left cheek (photo #5) History of Present Illness (HPI): Michael Jones is a 54-year old Caucasian male who presents with three bumps on the left cheek. He says they have been there for about 2 weeks and noted them a few days after returning from a vacation in Hawaii. He denies pain or itch from the bumps but does not like the way his face looks with them and besides fear it might be cancer. He says they seem to increase in size when he sweats, did not respond to hydrocortisone cream a friend gave him but seem to get better when he uses warm wash cloths.
