Behaviors Brainstorm 1.Picking ones battles with their children 2.Distracting the child 3.Be stern and have rules when it comes to certain things in the childs life I have looked at these behaviors and decided that they would be best to help achieve my goals from what I have noticed from observing others and seeing how these can work. If I was to have a room full of people I would have them separated to ones who seem to be adapting and achieving how to say no more often when needed to those who still have a guilt look on faces as to still having difficulties. I would have to determine how the parents present themselves. Behavior Description Behavior 1 4C1. Behavior 1: In order for me to achieve my goal of saying no to my children more, I will have to know when a good battle to fight with is, like its bedtime and they still want 5 more minutes of TV, is it really a battle to fight when its only 5 more minutes? 4C2.
